horn, panic horn and flashers when panic button is pressed are not working

Hello, recently signed up and looking for some direction with my wife’s 2011 toyota rav4. the title pretty much sums it up. I did check the horn fuse in the fuse box under the hood and it’s good. What would cause both horns not to work? Thanks in advance for any help with this one! Jack

Have you done a scan of all the modules in the vehicle? That should give you some direction. It could be an issue in the BCM.

Not knowing what system you have or how it was installed.
If all fuses are good, might try looking for alarm relay(s) and test them.
