How much torque is required to snap a caliper bracket bolt?

I was working on a relatives camry and couldnt get a torque wrench in the back, so I used my small 9″ 1/2″ bar and tightened it as much as could by hand. I double checked to make sure they were tight.I used blue loctite on the top two slider bolts. I’ve always used this method and never had a bolt snap. They are m10 grade 10.9 bolts on the back.
