HVAC water heater hose connection issue?

I need to know what part this is and how I would go about fixing it. It seems like its pressed in. It’s not completely broken but is cracked in the back where it goes into the block. I was thinking clean very good and JB Weld. Please help.

My guess is the intake manifold heater inlet.
Helps to prevent icing of the intake manifold in the winter time by passing coolant through the manifold.
You’d need to find a parts break down of the assembly in order to see if a replacement is available
