jeep drive shafts

Hello there i am looking to change my diffs to limited slip ones and mine right know dose not have them and the font axle where the pinon gear on it where you bolt the new axle in they are diffract can i just change the the adapter or change the drive shaft in the jeep in the picture i posted is what i mean that the drive shafts are different the ones that are not covers are the ones i have with the different in the 2 jeeps one is out 2000 4.7 jeep grand cherokee and the other one is out of 2002 4.0 jeep grand cherokee

The pinion side has to match.

Change the pinion flange for the proper drive shaft that you have. Don’t forget the loctite when you put the nut back on the pinion gear
