won’t start unless you pour gas in the throttle ….
Certainly sounds like a fuel delivery issue.
You state a new pump installed, I assume you mean a fuel pump.
Have you tested fuel pressure at the rail?
Have you confirmed fuel injectors are functional and are flowing fuel at the correct volume?
Have you checked / tested fuel pressure regulator for proper operation?
