2006 nissan sentry qg15 engine e-throttle, misfiring cylinder 1 p0301 code, I replaced: spark plugs,ignition coils,fuel injectors,oxygen,cam,cranksha0ft,air flow sensors,Engine ecu, check for vacumn leaks .After all the code came back .Please help..
