No compression in all cylinders,

Hi,2002 civic ex 1.7 timing belt jump,bent all the valves,had head rebuilt, new valves etc,replaced new timing belt,and believe that the timing is correct,because I have pulled head off again, to confirm my valves were not bent,they are not,but still zero compression, I’m completely stuck, could improper valve lash cause zero compression, please help me
