helloI’d like to should I use RTV on a Felpro gasget? and should I use RTV anywhere on the oil pan.1995 jeep grand cherokee 5.2

If its one continuous gasket.No RTV let the gasket do its job.

I disagree with college man. Sometimes RTV is used on hard to seal parts of an oil pan, like the edges. When I replaced the oil pan on my Wrangler the service manual called for Mopar sealant on all four corners. My advise is when you pull of the old gasket look for parts that seem to be very sticky like they are held on with gum. Those sticky parts need to be scraped clean on both surfaces and the use of RTV is needed. If you want to be doubly sure check your service manual for the precise locations.
