Old Chevy brake tools info please – 71 El Camino Drum

I love the video on drum brakes. I would like to know what tools I need or where to get them. I sure hope to be able to make it thru the re assemply as I have never done drum brakes before. Thanks for the great work.

First off, welcome to the forums!

Drum brake tools are available at any good auto parts store or any places that deal with automotive tools.

If your doing the drums for the first time, do one side at a time using the assembled one as a reference.

Just take your time and don’t forget to use some safety glasses as those springs have alot of tension in them.
