P0740 code 98 Accord 2.3L

I have a 1998 Honda Accord LX Vtec motor 2.3 L with code P0740, P0730, P0302, p0705, P0700, the car shifts very hard from 1st to 2nd gear also when you come to a stop there is a thump in the transmission as if it is just disengaging out of 4th gear after coming to complete stop. I changed the transmission fluid and removed the torque converter clutch solenoid inspection showed debris in both solenoid screens I cleaned both out and reinstalled the trans fluid was very dirty with slight burnt smell no visible metal. Should I replace the TCC solenoid and transmission range sensor ?

How many miles…also its highly recommend to change trans fluid with genuine honda atf..
