      My 2001 honda accord 2.3l (F23A1) is having issues. It will not run or start without obd2 device plugged in. I can have car running and soon as I pull it out the car dies. I think it’s the pcm. I was having issues with a random misfire (codes p1399) and I did a valve adjustment and then my car started acting crazy all the gauges were going crazy. It’s got a brand new main relay in it. And no fuses are blown.

        Any chance you pinched a wire while reinstalling the valve cover?

          Do you have any codes present? Why was the main relay replaced?
