Keep getting Misfire code for cylinder 3. 2006 dodge Dakota 3.6l.. have Changed plugs, coil and done compression test which was fine no serious difference in any cylinders. I’m serious frustrated and sick of the engine light.. I’ve got no other codes popping anymore. Also the wiring looks fine..

Have you checked for a possible vacuum leak around cylinder #3
Have you checked for a possible faulty crank / cam sensor ( not sure if one or both control ING spark)

We did replace the crank shaft sensor a couple months ago at most. How can we check for a vacuum leak? And we did check the spark it was good.
