Prestone Radiator Flush and Cleaner

Is Prestone Radiator Flush and Cleaner safe to use in Honda engines? Is it worth using at all? I have a 1997 Honda Civic LX with 35000 original miles. The antifreeze looks ok but I have to change the thermostat and was wondering if I should flush and clean the cooling system while I’m at it. Thanks.

Never a bad thing to flush the cooling system.
I usually use the Prestone Flush then rinse it out and then use CLR as a flush again fully rinse it out
The add the coolant and distilled water.
