Pusling/puffing exhaust

Hey guys, not having much luck finding info online because I’m not sure if I’m using the right description. On my 2009 Civic (unmodified) my exhaust is pulsing/puffing and I’m not sure where to look first. No check engine light or noticeable driving issues.

Is anyone familiar with this? I don’t know how long it’s been doing this since I’m rarely outside of my car when it’s running. I don’t hear anything odd when inside the vehicle. Thank you!

Could be a loose or broken baffle in the muffler or catalytic converter.

You might be able to track things down by rapping on the muffler and converter with a rubber mallet. Listen for clinks, clanks and clunks.
