I have a 2003 Honda Element with 271K + miles on it and at the last spark plug changed, I noticed there was rust in the tubes. Would replacing the coil packs be the fixed? Or is there something else I should do?

If I have an air compressor and an air blow gun at home, I would go the extra mile and get a drill attachment long enough to clean that rust off and blow clean it.
