For a 1994 Dodge Grand Caravan C/V 3.3L, should it have a front wheel alignment or a four wheel alignment after replacing the inner and outer tie rods? Are these vans even capable of getting a four wheel alignment?

And then, there is the issue of finding an alignment shop that will actually perform a good wheel alignment. I know what can happen: “OK, you’re wheels are aligned (LOL!!!), that’ll be $50. Thank you (and good luck!).

Front end (toe) alignment is enough. But you will need it since you just replaced the parts that effect front toe the most. Camber (front and back) can also be adjusted a bit by loosening strut bolts but there’s probably no need for that.

A four wheel alignment is possible but it would need some alignment shims in the rear, but most likely a toe adjustment will be just fine. Shims go in between the hub assembly and the mounting flange.
