      Air in the system will not always cause the brake peddle to go to the floor.

      Some brake pads give a slightly soft feel to the peddle until they bed in.

          What are the actual figures?
          How many mile has it done?
          Post the wet test results.
          If the compression for all cylinders are the same but a bit low this is usually due to a high mileage vehicle, could be letting by on piston rings hence need for wet test or valves/seats due to carbon build up.

              Maybe worth checking the cam and crank sensors, I have seen issues with one or other of these when the engine gets hot and then will not start.
