I’m not saying your wrong, but Mercedes is the only company I’ve heard of that uses biodegradable wiring… Now I know sometime ago Honda talked about biodegradable seats and things, but as far as critical components go I’ve only heard of Mercedes using it… But all cars after 10-15 years have some wiring trouble, especially is colder states, but that’s not due to biodegrading…

Based on information provided above it will be fine, but take caution that the bulbs will not be as bright… The brighter the better, that way people can see your lights better…
@richiepearce: A lower amperage draw will not do anything electrically, otherwise people would have tons of problems when swapping their lights for direct LED replacements, or when putting “power saver” bulbs in their homes, however using more amperage than a circuit is rated for would most likely blow a fuse and different voltage is completely different, as it could blow a bulb or fail to power it. 😉Based on information provided above it will be fine, but take caution that the bulbs will not be as bright… The brighter the better, that way people can see your lights better…

I do have the latest version of flash, but it would be nice to see a fallback that would display a link if the content was blocked or if flash player wasn’t installed, especially since youtube is moving to html5 rendering flash player mostly obsolete…
I wasn’t having a problem on other car sites, but now that I see that your the only one serving over https, that explains it…
EDIT: It seems firefox is no longer doing it… huh… I guess it must have been adblock with firefox…
Sorry for my accusations. kthxbai

It’s awesome, but when can I expect to see the embedded video problem resolved? It just comes up blank on both ie10 and chrome (under windows and Linux Mint). I have to quote things so I can get links, I think I’ve mentioned it before somewere… :stick:

Yes, I defently believe has a personality, and a great one at that… No one understands why, but I absolutely love it. I don’t know were it comes from, but it could be an imprint of past lives…

Cool, I myself am currently in the “big diesel industry”. I’m no more than a lube tech at the moment, but there is allot of things to lube on big trucks and equipment (dozers, skids stears, excavators, ect)… So I’ve learned allot… Slowly gaining more responsibility, so hopefully I’ll be “moving up” to doing other things soon… Lube and fluids are critical, but man, it can become pretty boing, lol.

As stated yes it can wear the shift forks, but as Wrench Turner stated not all transmissions are the same… I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, not all transmissions should be labeled the same and be put in the same box… Just because it killed the transmission in a ’78 Chevy pickup, doesn’t mean it will hurt a mustang, the same can be said vise versa.
Also note that cable operated transmissions don’t normally have this particular issue… But again, this is completely dependent on how it is set up.
