Well there is a bypass test where you actually use a test light on the signal wire and it will tell you if the sensor is good or bad

that’s basically the square wave your looking for if its a good sensor

yes cause it reads off a reluctor wheel that’s how it actually gets a 0-5 volt square wave im not 100% sure if your car uses a bias voltage on your crank sensor but you definitely have a input problem aka your crank sensor if you had access to a scope you could actually see if a square wave was being produces or not from the crank sensor

I would try a crank sensor at this point its hard to say 100% without seeing a crank sensor waveform but I would start there

it does depend on which type of sensor you have etc: optical ,hall effect anything like that but you had 1.37 at the crank sensor on the power wire

yes and you did check all three wires ?

With the key on not in the crank position you should read 5 volts at the crank sensor you can unplug and test at the terminals but be extremely careful I see this quite often people shoving there leads in the terminal spreading the pins so just be careful just to touch them not jab them in
