fuel pump on those systems need 13 psi min cranking and running, pinching off the return line you are dead heading the pump and should shoot the pressure to around 20 psi or higher. 2 psi is too low the truck wont run period.

yes u can. it will probably say it has a misfire code(s) like P0300,301,302 etc. most likely culprit is the spark plug wires and or coils.and also check if there is oil in the spark plug wells that could be a sign of a valve cover gasket leaking and causing the oil to act as a conductor so the spark goes to the head instead of the spark plug

check and make sure no fragment from the old cat ended up in the rest of the pipes or muffler that can cause the symptom you are describing, also Mcwicked is correct older hondas have issues with ignitors/distributors

check the fuel pressure regulator may have a bad diaphragm and fuel entering the intake through the vaccum hose

does it have a balance shaft? if it does then it may be out of “time” if it is you need to R&R the timing belt and balance shaft belt.on a side note my mothers 93 accord with a 2.2L had a vib issue what i noticed was when i ran amsoil synthetic 5w-30 the vib got alot smoother and tolerable, also the car finally got traded in after 230,000 miles due to the body rusted thank you chicago and the far NW burbs for the salt on the roads! LOL

put a jumper wire on the firewall to battery ground and see if you get a “arc”. the test you performed may give you a false positive.
