I thought I’d get the jump on this year and make the announcement about this years Meet Up early. This way those of you that are looking to travel to the event have plenty of lead time.
The 2013 ETCG Meet Up will be Saturday July 20, 2013 at the ETCG shop. It will officially start at 12pm EST and go till… well I’m not sure. I hope to have more give aways as well as some other activities to keep us busy while we hang out and talk dirty. Here’s a Google map of the shops location.
I’m open to suggestions on what you’d like to do or see during the meet up. Feel free to post them to this thread. I look forward to seeing you there.

My famiy and I stayed at the Motel 6 in Sharonville a couple years ago during a visit to the area. It was nothing special but it was inexpensive and comfortable.
I just did a head count. Looks like we have a little over 40 that have RSVP’d. I expect there will be more that show up also. I’m putting together the final pieces for the event this week. Really looking forward to this. To all of you that are traveling, have a safe trip!
Hey derick if it makes you feel any better my van really isnt an eye charmer lol its got some ohio rust and the tires are needing help but its what well be driving. Me personally Im just gonna drive down to the meet up and back its a 2 hour drive for me.
The wife decided to come along , so we decided to get a hotel room in Blue Ash. I will however bring my son’s project down to possibly work on or to just hang out and learn what I can from everyone else.

My non-mechanically inclined wife wants to know if your garage is air conditioned and if it has wifi.
I know Eric’s garage does not have AC…at least it didn’t last year. I can’t speak for the wifi though…I would guess no also.
Although I put in Mason weather, it appears to give the Cincinnati forecast… which might not be that good:

No and no. Well I have wifi but it’s on my cellular plan and I don’t want to burn up my data. Hot water heater is out too. I don’t think that will matter cause we can just set a jar outside in the sun for a bit. It’s been pretty toasty here lately. I do have fans to help keep us cool though. 🙂

I can provide Wifi from my phone to everyone if Eric is willing to let me plug it in to keep the battery from dying 😉
