i think that exactly whats happening because i took the master cylinder off and there was a psshh noise like when you take the hose off an air tool just not nearly as strong or loud i did compare the old with the new and they have all the same markings in all the same places but the shaft on the new master cylinder is like 1/16 longer than the old the inside depth is the same but i think this is the problem . should i grind the new one down or pull both apart and switch shafts?or is there a better option? i noticed the shaft on the booster has a threaded bit with a nut on the end could this be adjusted?

i dont think it has anything to do with the calipers either. i did pull the vacuum line off the booster (i assume this is the check valve?) and it did nothing for the brakes but there was vacuum on the intake side and the engine idled higher im thinking youre right tho about it being between the booster and cylinder im going to try taking it off and just put it back on. i dont think the cylinder is defective it bleed just fine and i had to wait a week on shipping the part cause no shops around here carry the part

check your grounds had this happen before and it was simple as that. no spark due to no ground which was odd being that the starter was cranking

had this same issue with a chevy s10 we fixed our issue by replacing the radiator which had a small crack. the crack was letting air in which kept the coolant from building up pressure like it should. might not be your particular problem but id look for a small leak somewhere

but thats just it the truck doesnt get up to temp at all it gets up to about 110 then drops when youre moving so i dont think its the heater core i think theres an issue in the motor it self ill have to check the hoses next time i see him any way just to see which if any are getting hot

sorry havent been on in a while obviously lol. ive done alot since that post including a motor swap for other reasons manly i wanted a pi motor but i never did figure out the problem. my best guess is that because i no longer had the factor over flow which had the “rad cap” and i didnt have an overflow the system never purged the air properly but ill find out when i get my car back on the road. its way to cold to out there right now

i did consider that but it is almost the same size as the original one and like 3 times thicker. its not a stock rad either. i did bleed the system but it could be stop leak or something like that clogging up the system the stuff coming out of the rad when i pulled it was more brown than green so ill try flushing it tomorrow

Yea auto zone has decent plugs like bosche and ngk but wires id go online for. You can get a wires that you can cut to length for perfect fitment or if youve moved the coil packs
