You did a pretty good cleaning job. But despite the fuel injector is firing that don’t make them mist spray maker.
You might try to clean It in a garage with this tool in the video. I saw a Toyota Corolla 2015 had a misfire always on the same cylinder.
Swapping the coil, changing the spark plug did nothing. Before swapping the injector, a clean have been done and the problem dissapeared and the engine ran smoothly.

        1. After, at least, 10 years, the cover gasket become hard and crack. Most of the time, oil can stop the spark plug to work. But at this stage, you will notify your engine burning oil and you regularly add oil when the computer notice a misfire. You will surely smell burning oil in the highway if that was the case.
        2. Coil pack will not be bad is oil was in contact. If you get oil between the spark plug and the coil contact point, a misfire can happens to due to the non conductivity of the engine oil. No electrical short possible to damage the coil.
        3. You can go to the garage to perform a injector cleaner

        4. If the injection cleaner did not help, you need to test the fuel pressure.

You have a unbalance air to gas mixture and might be a timing belt position problem. A loose rubber trimming belt can stop a car from starting and can to rough iddle.
It’s simple to look the timing belt position.
          Start at 11:45 minutes

If you really think is a vacuum leak, you might do again the smoke test in a different way.

I found, 1 year later, the HID light for Toyota Corolla Fog light H3 HID buld.

You need to cut the rear wire cap to let the 4 wire escape the fog light housing.

It’s might be the case, air in the coolant block increase the normal noise. Coolant absorb more noise. You might watch the ericthecarguy bleeding Technic.

Your balls joint are looses and need to be replaces. You need to change them before your wheels come off your car. Defective power steering rack will make noise as the same way when your tire is flat. Many ball joint come with seal rubber boots with no grease in It.
So the ball joint go an erosion process and are bad in 2 or 3 years. So, you need to buy ball joint with large rubber boot that, normally, have grease In It. Otherwise, you need to add a cut on the boot, add grease and seal It with a metal strap.

So, I cold weather the rough idle went away. You might try to use the supreme gas that have higher octane that are really stable to not ignite prematurely as ordinary gas. Octane is the combustion of car, but high octane mean also no impurity as diesel that ignite on compression.

Second thing, a dirty valve cause rough idle because you have less oxygen in the combustion chamber. If you had a defect cam shaft sensor, you will not be able to star your engine.

Third thing, a new belt make a bit more noise because It’s not wear a bit.

Ok, then. Spark is coming from the distributor, so, the wire that do in the spark plug have electricity. To complete the electrical circuit, you might need to check the connector insulation in the spark plug wire. The spark plug tread might have rust in It and need to be clean with a rag soak with penetrating oil if you see rust. It’s definetly an electricity issue.

Fist of all, did you perform a multimeter test between the spark plug and cable to see if you have electricity ?
Second, you can buy a tool ( Ignition testing tools web link ) for 16$ to check the ignition and even car fuel delivery system.

I think you have a fuel delivery problem, because you have change a lot of electrical component and have no ignition. But, you need to test it with tool to pin point the problem before rebuild the car completely.

The Diesel mechanic is really good, what I eared from a ETCG video from Eric the car guy.
Because Diesel mechanics work for freight companies that need trucks on the road and not in the garage as F1 cars racer do. That way, the company pay to replace part before the problem go bigger and bigger.
All the food, goodies and oil are travel by trucks and trains. So, You program is good and the school might be good to. You need to find out a old student on the web from this school to learn more about how the school teach.

Well, you can buy a second hand car and repair the used part on It to make you working. But before that, you must have tools and thousand dollars (3000 $) to replace all you might needs. Suspension, AC compressor (if necessary, buying new tools, buying oil, spray paints, glove, OBDII code reader, and more. Anyway, more the car have problems when you buy It, more time and money you will sped on It. The trick, It’s to buy a car that is popular for many years in your country and in USA that is over 12 years. Above 12 years, the insurance and people see a worthless car. So, the replacement part are going to be really cheap because all website and people are going to give away these parts to fill up with parts that came from this year model.
You have 4 years after the 12 years car classless to buy nearly all the part for cheap. After that, the part are going to be rare and expensive.
