I tried bleeding again and it did puke some fluid out but the steering is still tight. Also, my shoulder hurts now. To my surprise the pump doesn’t make any noise after the first bleeding I did.
Voltage is always over 13.8V. I don’t know if I should just continue using the same alternator or if I should ask for a replacement. It is very painful to put the drive belt back on.

I initially thought it was because of me as I rarely drive autos but feathering the throttle kinda helped and the vehicle never acted crazy in the driver’s hand who drives it daily.
Thanks guys for your reply. I have been following ChuckE2009 but never got a practical experience on welding. I would give this to a professional and now I know what type to opt for from you guys. 🙂

I am an Indian too based in UAE. I once got the chance to drive an automatic Scorpio and even that drove like the way you said. The driver who drove that said that happened to be normal and said you have feather the throttle so it upshifts quicker. Since then I never rented any automatics in India. If possible try taking it to the dealer and ask for any update or so it makes some difference apparently.
Thanks. I was struggling to find the tool too. Now I found it…..
Thanks College man. Now I got the Clutch and brakes bled but the issue still continues. Even after idling for 10 mins during hot noon time the clutch pedal becomes hard but after some time driving in highway the pedal becomes normal. It is a very annoying…..
My dad’s Armada had a similar issue. It happened to be the steering rack. My friend who is a mechanic made me hold the steering rack while a person was jerking the steering left and right. I was able to feel in my hands that something was internally wrong in the steering rack.

There was absolutely no leak on the outside. Neither did I see any smoke coming out of the exhaust. But while replacing the spark plug the number 4 cylinder spark plug was black and a bit gooey. So, that cylinder should be where the oil was getting burned.

i carried out the coolant flushing as a preventive measure. Also, I am slowing getting a plan of buying an SUV for myself as I started going places with no roads lately. I want the buyer to be happy with the car. As with me it was a trouble free Italian mean machine. B)
I checked with my buddy an Alfa Romeo specialist, he said I kept the desalinated tap water in there too long.
