I, also, would bleed the system again if my brakes were like that. But yeah, it also had me thinking why your would have that spongy feel.. But hey, you found the source of the problem – inboard and outboard pads just need switching. B)

That’s great man! Glad you were able to figure it out. It really had me thinking about the possibilities of the reason why your engine was making those noise. And the only thing i though about was that maybe the engine might have been neglected – like haven’t had the oil and filter changed regularly that its’ making those bearing noise or that the bearings are loose. But good thing you found out that it was the ignition cylinder.

Hey man, is it fixed already? If not, it may be a leaking heater core. Does the floorboard have a certain smell from being wet? my friend had the same situation. coolant leaks have a different odor than water.

That’s great, man! There are advantages in driving a manual, especially fuel efficiency. And it’d be easier to drive the automatic when you have experienced driving a manual.

                  Thanks,

I have heard of this Krown process as well that you also need to go back every year. Although i think spray-on oils cover more areas and hard-to-reach spaces. But take note, if you plan on taking rust-proofing it’s great for you’ll be using your car for 5(or so) years.

                      Thanks,

My least favored car is definitely the ford taurus. The 3rd gen of taurus looks like a beetle.

My first car is the 8th gen Honda Civic. Might’ve tinkered with it a bit or you can say ‘modified’ it to my preference. Hey, it’s my own car. Haha! 👿

My favorite would be the great american classics 1969 Ford Mustang and the 1969 Camaro! And i’d like to at least drive and possibly own the 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda. 👿
